Google and Yahoo require new authentication for services that send emails through domains.
This means that most services that send emails through a domain like @solutiosoftware.com will need to generate and add a DKIM record to the domain to verify that it is legitimate.
We can help people through the process until they send the necessary DNS records. Once they send them we can forward them to Alex if we manage their domain name.
If we don't manage their domain name they need to add them themselves or send them to the person who manages their domain name.
For Google Workspaces that we manage, we can generate the Dkim record and send it to Alex. Just type DKim into the search bar and click the first result.
Google Workspace will use a default Dkim record if a new one isn't set so technically they should work for now but it's a good idea to generate custom ones going forward.
